Focusrite製品のバンドルコード(Bundle code) が見つからない

Focusrite Proハードウェア製品はウェブサイトにてご登録が可能です。

ご登録時にシリアルとともに入力が求められるバンドルコード(Bundle code) は製品同梱のRegistration Cardに記載されていますが、製品の出荷時期により未同梱の製品もあります。
その際は下記手順にて、Focusriteまでご購入のハードウェア製品に対応するバンドルコードの発行をヘルプセンターから請求することができます。手順に沿ってお進めください。

Bundle codeの発行を請求する

Focusriteヘルプセンターにアクセスします。

Focusrite Pro Help Centre

Submit a requestで下記の目を入力します。
  1. Please select the type of your enquiry below: "Technical Support" を選択
  2. Your email address: メールアドレス
  3. Subject : Bundle code not included を入力
  4. Enquiry:  下記を入力
Dear Focusrite support,

I was registering my product serial and asked for a bundle code but the code or registration card was not included in the box.
Could you check the serial number and forward me the corresponding code for registration?

  1. Urgency : "High" を選択
  2. First name: 名 (ローマ字)
  3. Last name: 姓 (ローマ字)
  4. Phone Number: 電話番号
  5. Product: 製品名を選択
  6. Country/Region: 日本
  7. Purchased: 購入時期を選択(1ヶ月以内、3年以内、3年以上、所有製品なし  )
  8. Operating System
  9. Serial number: 製品シリアルナンバーを入力
  10. Place of purchase:  購入店を入力
  11. Primary DAW: 使用DAWを入力、ない場合は"NA"を入力
  12. RedNet Control Version: RedNet Controlバージョンを入力、ない場合は"NA"を入力
  13. Additional System Info:  入力不要
I agree to the terms of the Focusrite privacy policy: チェックボックスにチェックを入れ、Submitをクリックします。

Fousriteにて製品シリアルナンバーを確認後、数営業日ほどでバンドルコードがメールにて発行されます。コードをご確認の上製品のご登録をお進めください。
